About Patricia

Hey! I’m Patricia Di Giorgio - a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I commonly support the people who keep everything going for everyone else while they quietly run on empty. Maybe you’ve been carrying so much for so long that you’re not even sure where to begin. You might be stuck in an endless loop of overthinking or people-pleasing that’s leaving you feeling more anxious, angry, or sad than ever. Perhaps recent life transitions, health or relationship challenges, or identity questions stir up emotions that feel too big to manage or understand on your own. Maybe part of you wants to open up, and part of you isn’t sure what to say, or if therapy could help. Whether therapy feels completely unfamiliar or you already consider yourself deeply self-aware creating some hesitation for support, I aim to offer a space not only for insight but for growth, healing, and sustained change.

Patricia's  Credentials

Education

  • Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, York University

  • Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree, Yorkville University

Licenses & Memberships

  • Non-certified professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA)

  • Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) #17785

I am a regulated mental health professional and a member in good standing with my regulatory college (CRPO). This means I meet the educational, training, ethical, and professional standards required to practice psychotherapy in Ontario.

I am also a psychotherapist that is deeply committed to lifelong learning and ongoing professional growth. In addition to maintaining the requirements of my professional registration, I regularly participate in continuing education, specialized trainings, peer consultation, and clinical supervision. The sum of these professional development opportunities aid in strengthening my clinical skills and remain current with emerging research and best practices in the psychotherapy and counselling. This commitment allows me to provide thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-informed care that continues to evolve in response to the needs of my clients.

Patricia's Approach

Warm. Collaborative. Human.

I believe healing and growth happen through curiosity, self-compassion, and connection.

I collaboratively help clients build awareness, insight and skills to create meaningful change. Together, we’ll make sense of your inner world - your thoughts, your feelings, and the ways they show up in your body and behaviours, in a way that feels safe, steady, and supportive to your needs and goals. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating a path toward your goals that feels realistic and sustainable.

When you sit with me, you can expect a space that feels human; with warmth, genuine care, and even some humour when it feels right. You don’t need perfect words. This can be your place to slow down, take the mask off, and be honest about how you’re really doing.
