Free Consultation
A free consultation is a brief, no-pressure conversation designed to help determine whether it's a good fit to work together. You'll have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions about your therapist's approach, and learn more about what working together might look like. We can also discuss practical details such as scheduling, fees, and next steps. No preparation is needed - just come as you are!
First Therapy Session
Your first therapy session is where we begin getting to know your story in more depth. We'll explore what has led you to seek support, your personal history, discuss your goals for therapy, and identify any challenges or patterns you'd like to address. Together, we'll start creating a plan that feels meaningful and achievable for you. There is no expectation to share everything at once; therapy is a process, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
Many people reach out when they're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, burned out, or generally just finding it difficult to cope with life's challenges. Others seek therapy because they want a space to better understand themselves, improve relationships, navigate a life transition, build healthier patterns, or focus on personal growth.
You may benefit from support if you're noticing that stress, emotions, thoughts, or experiences are affecting your daily life, relationships, work, or overall well-being. You may also simply feel that something isn't quite right, even if you can't put it into words. Therapy isn't only for moments of crisis! It's also a proactive way to care for your mental and emotional health. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or looking for support, insight, and growth, therapy can provide a space to explore what matters to you.
